The Woodplumpton History Group meet once a month. The meetings are held at the Woodplumpton District Club, Lower Bartle Lane, Lower Bartle, Woodplumpton, Preston PR4 0RR. The clubhouse is situated at the junction of Sandy Lane and Lower Bartle Lane, next to the tennis courts and a bowling green.
